When this spell is CAST, a delicate
chime rings out, the vibrations of which will release
any form of non-magical bonds holding a single creature or
person.  Ropes will be untied, chains and shackles loosened,
leather straps unbound, a gag undone, or a wooden stock
will be opened by the chime.  the spell can even be used to
release a bit and bridle on a horse, freeing the mount from
a rider's direct control.
