can hear. The creature will immediately
drop anything in
its hands and begin clapping, so the creature
cannot use its
hands for anything else. Spells requiring
a somatic component
cannot be cast, thieving skills cannot
be performed,
tools cannot be used, and weapons cannot
be wielded by the
clapper. Obviously, only creatures that
have hands will be
affected, and any creature with more than
one pair of
hands will clap along with as many hands
as the creature
has.
