Thus the wearer can walk across a patch of dry leaves || over a normally creaky wooden floor and
make only a whisper of noise - say 95% chance of silence in the worst of conditions, 100% in the best.
 

OA: These boots are not commonly available in Oriental lands. Reroll this result.

ADQ: If a character in chain mail 
wears Boots of Elvenkind, is the 
movement still silent? 
ADA: No. The boots are not effective 
when worn with METAL armor.
