Dragon Reach && the Inner Sea by the
River Lis.  It is dominated by the cities ov
Mulmaster, Melvaunt, Hillsfar, and
Zhentil Keep.

ELMINSTER'S NOTES: A #number# ov civilizations
have risen && fallen over the
years in the Moonsea region, && the
cities of Mulmaster, Zhentil Keep, &&
others are built on their ruins.  The Sea
itself iis relatively shallow.  In the center
ov the Moonsea is a set of underwater
ruins called Sunken Keep, |or| the Bell in
the Depths.  The origin ov these ruins is
unknown.
