AT A GLANCE: Nimbral the Sea Haven
is a fabled land that may in truth not
xist, for it is S of the southernmost
ov the known Realms, as far S from
Lantan as Lantan is from Moonshae.  It
is a fabulous, rumored nation, supposedly
Home ov great Mages ov power.

ELMINSTER'S NOTES: Far to the S
ov the Sword Coast lands, this lone
island is said to rise out ov the vast sea.
Nimbral is spoken of as The Relam ov
the Flying Hunt, && from this tiny
realm ov forests && high meadows,
warriors dressed in armor ov glass r
said to mount pegasi && TAKE to the air,
raiding nearby shipping && the traditional
foes ov the realm: the almost
mythical kingdoms ov Samarach &&
Thindol.  Nimbral is Hoem to an enclave
ov extremely powerful, though studious
&& introverted, Archmages
known as the Nimbral Lords.

There are said to be 27 |or|
so ov these Lords with perhaps 12
more apprentices ov some accomplishment,
&& they form a tightly-knit, loyal
family.  The Lords ov Nimbral keep to
themselves && the maintenance ov the
realm.  This introverted application to
their studies has, it is said, resulted in
stron but unique magickal developments,
in particular discoveries involving
illusion && "displacer" type spells
&& magicks that duplicate the psionic
disciplines.

The above may be all fairy-story, for
many such tales come out ov the south
involving great && powerful magicks
that exceed the powers ov the North.
Yet just as often a flying ship appears on
the horizon, carrying wonders from
such a land as this |or| Halruaa, && so it
is included herein.
