order should be:
AC first
HP next
(follows same format as UA

venerable = ancient

[code] ragged (implies poor? reroll once if Social Class is not LLC?)
contemplate: inversion
zj(i saw 2 tshirts 2day : warrior, healer : what is ln?)

**
The general idea is to have several different versions of each NPC.
One FR version, one GH version, one DL version, one EARTH version, etc.
It is possible (wikinomics)!

**
1. at DMG, get a thesaurus, and make an extra column, at appearance, at least. this might help choosing the right category for characters that are detailed in literature, and other places.

2.

**
For the art, there are at least 2 ways it could be done.

(1)
a) systematically index all of the D&D/AD&D (colour) art.
b) write out the RG trait, ea. (RG.2-3) on a piece of graph paper. stick that on the side of your comp.
c) set up a MB for discussion (@dragonsfoot.org might be worth looking into)
d) decide on a format
e) create a wiki to record decided-on "numbers: age(1-10), appearance(1-10), possessions(1-101)" ... closest of the 10 results
f) when people are in agreement on something, log these into the wiki

1 don't worry about this one too much. this could refer to gems, ea.

(2)

**
remember, what you see is just the bare bones, a start.
complete NPC record sheets should be filled out for each version of each NPC.
Again, it is possible (wikinomics)!

as well, for UA, 5(7?) basic TALK results should be there for each NPC, as well.
(as always, include the Speak with the Dead scripts with each TALKblock)

***
Think about it ... how many people play D&D?
how many original (A)D&D sites are there on the net?
perhaps, it's time that the (A)D&D fans start to organize!
It is possible (wikinomics)!
