What is the difference between a fop and a dandy?
Are there female fops and dandies?
The point is moot for this character, as Upper Class seems to be a sensible
requirement for fops && dandies.
(I am using only 1e AD&D sources; there is more advanced version of
this, which uses OD&D and 2e AD&D as additional source material.
With this Dandy is a bard kit from Dragon magazine).
