that fails is struck full in the face by the beam and is blinded
for 2d4 rounds, suffering a -4 penalty on hit rolls and a
+4 penalty to AC. An undead creature struck by the beam
is not entitled to a save, and is not dazed or blinded, but suffers
4d6 points of damage.
