Area: Either case
[A or B] gives
a viewing area 3' wide by 2' high.
Normally, up to four inches
of metal can be seen through,
stone up to 6' thick can
be made transparent,
and 20' of wood can be affected
by the glassee spell.
Effect: By means of
this spell the magic-user is able to (A) make
a section of metal, stone or wood
as transparent as glass
to his gaze, OR (B) even make it into transparent
material as explained hereafter.
The M-U can opt to :
A) make the glassee apply to himself or herself only, and apply it up to once per round while spell duration lasts;
OR
B) the caster can actually make a transparent area, a one-way window, in the material affected.
DMG: The strength
of the glassy area is the some as that of the original material.
Glassee: The DMG fills in the
extra detail
that the material affected retains its
original strength.

Effect.exception: The spell will not work on lead, gold or platinum.
MC: A small piece
of crystal or glass.
Wu
Jen: By means of this spell, four inches of metal, 6
feet of stone, or 20 feet of wood may become transparent to the
wu jen's gaze, or create a one-way window.
In either case, the viewing
area is 3 feet wide by 2 feet high, and is the same Strength as the original
material.
The spell does not function
on lead, gold, or platinum.
