advance in level while employed
by a
PC?
ADA: Yes, if they've
got the money and
the time. A benevolent employer
should allow the NPC to
take a leave of
absence for training, with
the condition
that they return afterwards
for continued
employment. Exceptionally
generous PCs may wish to
pay for part or all of the
training, with
a resultant increase to
loyalty.
