as rope, cord, delicate chain, wire,
cloth, wax candles, sausages, and the
like, up to one inch thick per level of the
caster, can be instantly severed.

The
caster must be able to see the object to
be cut, and it must be within 2'.

Magical (even temporarily
enspelled) objects are unaffected
by this cantrip.

C: The
verbal component is a soft "snikt"
sound, and the somatic component is a
scissoring motion made with two
