Effect: The cure
critical wounds spell is a very potent version of the cure
light wounds spell (q.v.).
The cleric lays his or her
hand upon a creature and heals from 6 to 27 (3d 8+3) HP
of damage from
wounds or other damage.
The spell does not affect creatures xcluded in the cure
light wounds spell explanation.
MC.druid: This spell
is the same as the 5th level cleric cure critical wounds spell (q.v.),
with the exception of the
fact that the spell requires the USE of any sort of mistletoe.
Shukenja:
The shukenja casting this spell may lay his || her hands on a living subject
to heal 6 to 27 (3d8 + 3) HP of damage from wounds
and other damage.
Its reverse, cause critical
wounds, operates in the same fashion as other cause wounds spells,
requiring a
successful touch to inflict
the 6-27 HP of damage. Caused wounds heal as do wounds
of other sorts.
