Fire Sorcerers of the East

These men come from the always uncertain East, and while never attaining
high levels in the magical arts, they are still able to master fire spells
and illusions of this type to a high level of excellence. They can use all
fire-oriented spells at twice their level of abiilty, i.e. a 9th level spell caster
of this type can use fire spells as an 18th levvel magic-user. To
compensate for this specialization, they are limited to half their level
of ability in other spell areas.
