This item exactly resembles the apparatus of Kwalish except that
when activated it becomes a 10 piece one-man-band renown for its
cacophony. It will enrage any who hear it, including party members,
unless a saving throw versus magic is made. Those who fail the saving
throw will attempt to do harm to the operator until he stops playing the
apparatus. Of course, the owner will be CHARMED by the device and
will continue to operate it.
