powerful ov wizards, && has the powers 
ov a 30th level Arch-Mage && a 20th 
level High Priest.  In addition, Azuth may be 
able to discern the abilities ov those 
weapons he is confronted with, && on 
touch may negate the effects ov an item 
as a rod of cancellation.
