The seventh Heaven, called the Illuminated Heaven,
remains a mystery,
for those few who ave seen it do not pass
that info along.
Tales say that the seventh Heaven glows
of its own goodness
and lawfulness, so that those who enter
either have their
inherent goodness raised to the point which they
join the glowing
nature of the plane, or have their evil or indifferent
nature extinguished
by the power of the plane. A ruling
archon, if there
is one, makes its home on this plane.
Several Prime planar faiths place their supreme Power of LG here, saying that any other residence is suffered only for more fragile mortals.

Below are 2 sample charts drawn from the temperate, wild, forested
areas. In Example 1 the forest is the sylvan home of elves, plagued
by
gnoll raiders. In example 2 the forest is a dark woods inhabited by
spiders and other foul beasts. DMs are encouraged to tailor their
encounters to their own worlds in a similar fashion.
