The fourth heaven, called the Electrum
Heaven, is
blessed with a sky that shines with the
glow of burnished silver.
This is a mountainous
region whose valleys are shrouded in luminescent
fogs && mists. Its mountain peaks,
which provide the
access to the next layer, are usu. occupied
by monastery-like
buildings for Demi-Powers.
These edifices are often the destination
of interplanar pilgrims
seeking answers to questions. The
fourth heaven is the home of the Soul
Forge, where Moradin Dwarfather works.

Below are 2 sample charts drawn from the temperate, wild, forested
areas. In Example 1 the forest is the sylvan home of elves, plagued
by
gnoll raiders. In example 2 the forest is a dark woods inhabited by
spiders and other foul beasts. DMs are encouraged to tailor their
encounters to their own worlds in a similar fashion.
