The wall of fog obscures all sight, normal and/or infravisual, beyond 2'.
The AREA of effect is a cube of 2" per side per level of experience of the spell caster.
The misty vapors persist for 3 or more rounds unless blown away by a strong breeze (cf. gust of wind).
