Raiden has dark, toughened, scaled skin, with hands that end in talons that are capable of striking for 2-24 points of damage. The god also has a beard, pointed eyebrows and ears, heavily muscled arms and legs, and a large round belly.

At will, he can
    shape change,
    cast 25 point lightning bolts as far as he can see,
    and create any type of weather.

On rare occasions he will aid his mortal worshipers with their undertakings.

Raiden's Mace: In battle he uses a +3 jet black mace that strikes for 2-20 points of damage every time it hits &&
disenchants other magical weapons and armor it comes in contact with (no save).

Raiden's Splint Mail: He wears +3 black splint mail &&
Raiden's Shield: uses a +4 enchanted shield that prevents the success of any single weapon's attack in any given melee round
(with the most powerful weapon being stopped in the case of more than one strike attempt against the deity).

When Raiden battles,
a wind storm always rages around him that does not allow missile weapons of any type to touch him. <check WSG>
The god also has a shadowy aura about his body (at times when he is not wearing armor or using his shield)
that negates the affects of any 8th or lower level MU's spell.

Besides his mace, Raiden uses a double-strength drums of panic.
These will only affect the enemies of the god's allies.

Arrows of Slaying Mortals: In his aspect as patron of fletchers,
the god will grant, to every worshiper who designs arrows,
the ability in his or her lifetime to make <10> arrows of slaying mortals.
These shafts will not DISPLAY their power or be detectable with the crafting of an arrow;
even the creator will not know these arrows for what they are.
The maker will only prize them for the effort he or put into them (the referee will know, however).
